Privacy Policy

Your privacy is critically important to us. At Yoledo we have a few fundamental principles:

  • We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it. (We can’t stand services that ask you for things like your gender or income level for no apparent reason.)
  • We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law or protect our rights.
  • We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.
  • We don’t use your email address for anything except to communicate with you regarding your account, and our service.

Below is our privacy policy which incorporates these goals:

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, Yoledo collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Yoledo’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Yoledo’s visitors use its website.

Yoledo also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. However, Yoledo does not use such information to identify its visitors, and does not disclose such information, other than under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information, as described below.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

When you register with Yoledo we ask for information such as your name, email address and password. Your password will be maintained on our system in an encrypted form. Your information is only used internally and won't be shared with other organizations.

Yoledo Annual Review contents and usage. The encrypted contents of your Yoledo account are stored and maintained on Yoledo servers in order to provide the service. Because we keep back-up copies of data for the purposes of recovery from errors or system failure, residual copies of annual review contents may remain on our systems for some time, even after you have deleted information or after the termination of your account. Yoledo employees do not access the content of any annual reviews unless you specifically request them to do so (for example, if you are having technical difficulties accessing your account) or if required by law, to maintain our system, or to protect Yoledo or the public.

Aggregated Statistics

Yoledo may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. However, Yoledo does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

Protection of Personally-Identifying Information

Yoledo only discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to those of its employees and contractors that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Yoledo’s behalf or to provide services available at Yoledo’s websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees and contractors may be located outside of your home country; by using Yoledo’s websites, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. Yoledo will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees and contractors as described above, Yoledo only discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information when required to do so by law, or when Yoledo believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Yoledo or the public at large. If you are a registered user of a Yoledo website and have supplied your email address, Yoledo may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with Yoledo and our products. We primarily use our product blogs and social media to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. While no web service can guarantee the safety of user data, Yoledo takes all measures it can to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information, but .
